With your hand over your heart, I want you to breathe and I'll count to 7 and when we get to 7 we'll be there and I'll describe where we are. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven.
Now keep your eyes closed and see with your inside eyes as I explain and describe what a wonderful place we are in. We're in the top of the mountains in a mountain meadow. And the mountain meadow is filled with wild flowers and bees and butterflies and unicorns and elves and it's just a very busy little place. The grass is so lush and so soft and you move out there with your party, your "parts party"*** and everybody wants to take part in this. And so they do, and each one of them lies down on the grass. And as you lie down on the grass with you back on it, you can feel the Love in your Heart Center moving down your back and going down into the Earth and it meets the Compassionate Love coming from the Earth and you join together in harmony and in peace.
Now as you laid down on the grass, everybody got close to each other so that they could reach out and touch a leg or a foot. We have little tiny children out there, little babes who want to lay on the grass. They don't want to be held, but they want to lay on the grass. Little children, the inner child the ego, the teenager, the old crones, the magicians, they're all there and they're all touching and everybody has put their head in somebody's belly.
So now we have this intricate connection with everybody feeling everyone's Compassionate Love and suddenly, somebody starts to giggle - it's a child - and then somebody else starts to laugh - and pretty soon everybody's laughing, everybody's stomach is jumping and they're just having the best time and it's so lovely you know. Laughter heals. And so laugh. Wherever you are, laugh out loud and feel the loving harmony of Mother Earth and feel yourself joining your Compassionate Heart with hers (on Earth Day) and send her your Gratitude and your Blessings and tell her how much you enjoy living with her and on her and how much you enjoy serving her with these clearings.
And now I'm going to count to 7 and when we reach 7 you'll be back in your space in your home or wherever you are listening to this. One, two, three.. take that smile with you..four, five, six, seven. And there you are filled with Love and totally connected to Mother Gaia and all of your parts. Just enjoy who you are - the majesty of who you are.
***your parts party - your inner child, your ego, your teenager, your young adult, your middle aged self, your old person in all your lifetimes.
