A December 2009 update from Meg on the completion of disruptor removals:
At the time the Whammy Group worked on this, we were 93% effective in removing the disrupters for the planet. I have worked with removing a few that were blocked from us, for instance one of my clients. I asked if it was timely to remove the rest of the disrupters from humanity and got a "yes."
The team was composed of the Blue Angels with their blazing blue swords, the Z'Or Continum angels, medical teams from the ships, and the Violet Flame Angels. I believe Sekmet, Ashtar and others were overseeing our project. I instructed the Blue Angels to use their magical swords to find those with the disrupter protected by the shell placed around it. An angel was assigned to each person with the disrupter. The angels were instructed to shapeshift the blue sword into a laser gun with a microsope on the end for sighting. They found the seam of the protective casing and opened it with the laser. A Z'Or Continum Angel immediately scrambled the program of the disrupter and converted it to a normal microbiological cell compatible to the human body. The medical teams from the Galactic ships swept in and removed the casing and tranmuted it to neutral energy and sent it to the void. The Violet Angels came in and tranmuted all residual energies and also blessed and cleared each human body.
I asked for a report on the effectiveness of what was done and got 98%. And so it is.
An important learning for me the last several years is that if I want information I must intend to receive it. Curiosity, caring, discussion and study are not enough. I must intend to receive and know that I will ask the right questions and receive truth in the answers.
When I prepare to receive information by getting into a meditative state, I do so knowing that I will know what questions to ask. This usually takes the form of me describing what has me curious and wanting answers and processes.
I ask for assistance from my Mighty I AM Presence, my Guides and Guardian Angels, Ascended Masters, Ascended Lady Masters, Archangels and any Cosmic Being who may have information for me. Then I ASK and EXPECT TO ACCESS MY ILLUMINED MIND.
I use muscle response testing to validate my illumined knowingness and the completeness of the instructions and information I am receiving. Then in a state of gratitude I apply the information. In the application process for myself and others, as I recognize and ask more questions that need answers, I am always given the answers.
I will now describe my experience of learning about disrupters and how to nullify their effects.
I awoke at three am and could not go back to sleep. I got out of bed and moved to my recliner chair in the front room. "What is keeping me awake and making me so restless?" I wondered. I went into a meditative state and began to make statements of my concerns and asking for guidance. I focused on the many emails and reports on the internet describing the attempts and failures to break free from national and global dominance of the Iluminati families. I asked, "Is there something I can do to help remove the blockages?"
Three years ago I had been given information and instruction on how to remove the chip placed by the Ilumminatti scientists in humans and programmed to go off when they were activated. I wondered if there was something else contributing to the present situation. I was told there was a device called a disrupter designed to disrupt harmony, peace and balance in humans, families and organizations.
I asked to be shown this device. What is it and who created it? The disrupter is a microscopic biological implant designed originally by the Annunaki and refined and maintained by the Iluminatti scientists. It was placed in humans as a control mechanism to ensure slavery and compliance. Once placed in a human it is passed through the blood lines.
It has a sensor that is activated by a negative environment, anything that is not the love frequency. A switch that is part of the sensor has three settings, neutral, forward, and reverse. I was shown by my Spirit what this looked like. It was magnified in size until I could see it. I was told that I knew how to neutralize it and nullify its effects.
